GST is payable at a rate of 5% for all Canadian customers. No PST is payable as you are purchasing from Alberta (Exceptions apply to HST customers who will be charged an additional 8% on purchases).
All orders (unless pre arranged) must be prepaid prior to shipping. School boards will receive NET 30 terms only if they have a good credit record with us and we are provided with a fax or original written copy of their Purchase Order.
We will exchange or refund any new item which is returned to us in its unused condition within 30 days of purchase. EXCEPTION: All sales are final on clearance, sale priced or custom made items. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for returns and the return shipping charges are the resposibility of the purchaser.
